This subject further develops students&#39; clinical knowledge, skills, and professional attributes with an emphasis on achieving intermediate level competency in working clinically with children and/or adults with a range of communication needs. Tutorials will focus on broadening knowledge and skills in a range of practice areas including different models of speech pathology service provision, collaborative practice methods, and advocacy. Students will undertake direct and simulated clinical placement activities under the supervision of clinical educators and will gain experience of working with paediatric and/or adult clients with concerns related to communication and/or swallowing. These placement activities will be designed to complement and build on the experiences gained previously in SL3011 Speech Pathology Clinical Processes C.
