Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this subject, graduates will be able to:
1.
Demonstrate novice level clinical competency and reasoning in planning, administering, and reporting speech pathology assessment procedures including case history interviewing
2.
Explain the hearing process, disorders of hearing, and interventions for children and adults with hearing disorders
3.
Perform a hearing screening assessment and analyse and report associated findings
4.
Reflect on one's own clinical competency with reference to the Professional Standards for Speech Pathologists in Australia including client centred and evidence informed practices
