This subject articulates the complex nature of justice and its reach into many other areas of organisational life. This subject will explore how justice is experienced in the workplace: as outcomes and rewards (distributive justice), consistent procedures (procedural justice) or communication between people at different power levels (interactional justice). This subject will also focus on the relationship between organisational justice, employee motivation, and workplace deviance; and the powerful influence of positive emotions in favourable organisational outcomes.
