This subject builds students&#39; knowledge of physiological and pathophysiological processes to meet the needs of women requiring complex care due to complications of pregnancy and/or pre-existing medical conditions. Students will examine the assessment, planning and evaluation of midwifery care that meets the needs of women within a multidisciplinary team.
