Upon completion of this subject, graduates will be able to:

Critically analyse leadership concepts, theories and models and develop a framework for application of leadership practice

Evaluate application of leadership approaches in a range of contexts

Apply a leadership framework in relation to a critical and/or topical issue(s)

Critically reflect on one's own and others' leadership styles and approaches, in both theoretical and practical contexts
