Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of this subject, graduates will be able to:

Understand and apply the fundamental principles of statics and dynamics, including forces, moments, static equilibriums, kinematics, relative motion of particles, and the motion of rigid bodies
2.
Analyse statics and dynamics problems using free body diagrams and calculations
3.
Effectively communicate technical information in engineering reports
4.
Carry out experiments to measure the behaviour of statics and dynamics systems
