Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of this subject, graduates will be able to:
1.
Identify and analyse key foundations in the historical development of the Christian Church and Tradition
2.
Know and make judgments about the theological concepts fundamental to the sacramental and liturgical dimensions and associated with the strands of the Religious Education curriculum
3.
Identify and generate practical and theological knowledge explanations to major liturgical and pastoral principles, policies and school practices underpinning the celebration of the Catholic Tradition (sacramental and liturgical) in Catholic schools
4.
Communicate complex knowledge and ideas clearly and coherently to a variety of audiences through high level speaking, reading, writing, listening and advocacy skills
