Upon completion of this subject, graduates will be able to:

Interpret appropriate theory and methods at an advanced level
2.
Design a research project of an appropriate scope for an Honours thesis
3.
Appraise the ethical and practical implications of research in a discipline
4.
Integrate advanced technical skills and theoretical knowledge to develop new understanding in a given field
5.
Compose a thesis (or equivalent creative output) according to the requirements of the BA Honours and discipline expectations which demonstrates clarity of style and coherence of argument
